The edited highlights of Mark Kobayashi-Hillary talking about the launch of his new book Talking Outsourcing on October 1 at London South Bank University in central London. Mark opens by discussing the recession, as money is thrown over the audience. He plays football with the audience when discussing the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa. He changes shirt four times during the presentation, and he ends up serving McDonalds food to the audience when talking about self-service outsourcing from the cloud. The globalisation and migration expert, Philippe Legrain, and BPO Strategy Director of French hi-tech service firm Steria, Hilary Robertson, joined Mark at this presentation.
