1) Assume that the software company is in India/Romania.
2) Assume that the software company is small i.e. 3-5 employees.
3) Assume that the owner of the business cannot travel to the other countries.

I’m planning to outsource my job to some software company , what is the best way to do that ?

I am trying to setup a software company in China.
My potential custermers are the small business companies in USA. I believe they definitely willing to use one person’s
salary to hire ten engineers in China to work for them.
BTW, I’ve six years experence as an software engineer in USA.
