He changes shirt four times during the presentation, and he ends up serving McDonalds food to the audience when talking about self-service outsourcing from the cloud. The globalisation and migration expert, Philippe Legrain, and BPO Strategy Director of French hi-tech service firm Steria, Hilary Robertson, joined Mark at this presentation. Talking Outsourcing is the new book by Mark Kobayashi-Hillary.
